Western Day
Autumn had western day at school the other day. I found her these cute hot pink cowboy boots. Every little girl in Texas needs a pair of cowboy boots. Mike did not think they were necessary, but secretly I know he thought they were cute too!

Autumn's Fat Lip
Autumn fell yesterday and cut the inside of her lip. It scared me to death because her mouth immediately filled up with blood and I could not tell what happened. And, everything I asked her about she said yes. Our conversation went like this, "Did you bite your tongue?" "yes" "Did you hurt your teeth?" "yes" "Are your teeth loose?" "yes" So while I am checking all teeth Autumn says, "can I go play?" Crisis averted! She woke up from her nap looking like this!

Terrible Three's
The two's were nothing compared to the three's! Autumn has only been 3 less than a month and I do not know if I am going to last long enough to see her turn 4!!!! Everything is a battle. I made the mistake of telling her I was the boss and she quickly learned to tell me that "no, she was the boss." By the time I dropped her off at school today, I was sweating to death because of how difficult she was making it. I think she was feeding off of that, you know the saying "never let 'em see you sweat." :)! Once we were inside the building she started running and she knows not to, so I said don't run in the church building. Well, of course her response was "No, it's not church building, it's Sonshine School." Which they are the same building, but when we are there for school, it is not church. So, I said don't run at Sonshine school. Her response: "I'm not running, I'm walking fast!" EXHAUSTING! Send prayers fast!!!!!!!

Autumn is so Funny at this age!
Autumn has said so many funny things lately, I thought I would share them.
Today, I subbed in her class at Sonshine School so now she is calling me Miss Amy.
The other day, she came into my bedroom and very seriously told me that she needed to go see Dr. Jeff. I asked her why and she pulled up her pant leg and said because of this and preceeded to point out the ring around her ankle that her sock had made. I could not stop laughing because she was so concerned about that BooBoo.
Autumn was frustrating me the other day with her potty training because she always wants to use the tiolet paper first and I was very sternly trying to tell her not to use it until she "goes." She looks me straight in the eye and tells me to "Calm down, Mommy!" Too Funny!
She just turned 3 and she is such a fun kid, she reminds me that everyday there is something to smile about!
